1. Introduction

This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, No. 27 of 2000 (as amended) and rules thereunder. It is computer-generated and does not require physical or digital signatures.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website vertexhex.com (the "Website"), related mobile applications, and all services provided by us (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

2. Definitions

ENTITY

"We", "us", "our" — operating as VERTEX HEX from Sri Lanka.

CLIENT

"You", "Client", "User" — any person or entity accessing the Platform.

6. Payment Terms

Payments are due as specified in the project proposal or agreement. All fees are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or as otherwise agreed.

• Deposits and milestone payments are non-refundable once work on that phase begins.

• Full payment is required before final delivery or activation.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Use services for illegal activities or fraud
Reverse engineer or extract source code
Violate third-party rights or laws
Initiate bad faith chargebacks

⚠️ VIOLATION MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE BANS WITHOUT REFUND.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
